RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers located in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Customers located in Brazil have a statutory right to withdraw from distance purchases within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product or conclusion of the contract, as applicable under Brazilian consumer law.

Customers located in Switzerland and the United States do not have a general statutory right to return a product simply because they have changed their mind. Any voluntary return rights offered by Strivo are subject to the conditions set out in this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country of residence.

HOW TO WITHDRAW:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us in writing within 14 days by:

Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that have been used or damaged
- Products with removed or damaged packaging
